radiologist comment：
In both lung fields, there are diffuse elevation of lung shadows.
vascular shadow is recognized and ground glass appearance
is noted on right lower lobe and left upper lobe.
Segmental distribution of infiltrates were noted on right middle
lobe and left lowe lobe.
