Bronchoscopy

June 20（second exam）：
In trachea and main broncus, blood coagulation mass noted.。
Bleeding site is not recognized.


June 26,（3rd exam）：
In left main bronchus and 、left upper lobe broncus, no abnoraml findings.
In left lower lobe bronchus, bulging of brochial musous(white arrow) is
recognized and diagnosed as breonchial aneurysm.

Bleeding is not noted rightnow
